It was my pleasure to work with Roman Verbytskyy for a wide array of repair and cosmetic improvements to my condo. He has a “can-do” attitude, and is filled with suggestions on how to make things better. Jobs that I have seen other people complain about and take hours to complete were done easily and quickly by Roman. He accomplishes an incredible amount of work in a short period of time. He is also an artist when it comes to plaster work and obviously enjoys what he does.
Roman was never late for an appointment. He came early and worked late and I had complete trust in his character and capabilities. His wife Tetyana was a pleasant surprise during the entire process, and much of the communication about price and scope of work was done through her.
Last but not least, no one can beat Roman’s prices. He is fair and willing to negotiate. I would recommend him for any job, any place, at any time.

professional in their business manner, yet they make you feel like part of
their team as they tackle your projects. We recently renovated two

solving ability was astonishing. He also replaced cement steps outside
which turned out to be a piece of artwork.

After several bad experiences with contractors in the area, we found RTV Contruction. Roman was very professional, promt and courteous. He helped us to complete our bathroom remodeling project which included tiling, installing a new vanity with a second sink, replacing our existing toilet and painting. Our bathroom looks amazing. Roman’s attention to detail and meticulous workmanship really shows through. We wish we would have found him sooner! Roman’s pricing is very reasonable, but you cannot put a price on professionalism. He tried to minimize any inconvenience to us and completed his work in a timely manner (a rare quality with most contractors).
